Well I have been banned, bc I have a lot of names and accounts at MFC. Well I have only ever posted under one name here, and have not here or at MFC ever created multiple accounts to dup anyone.

That said I will give the one example that is an exception. I created an account here, "AWNiLove" and used it to make one post. I introduced the Model MandyMontoya, to the forum and praised her as an overlooked Model. I am not sure why I did that at the time, but I do remember thinking I did not want Mandy to be burdened with what an intro be cam might burden her with.

The account ChinaWestern is an account I set up for a friend who I have known for over 20 years, her true name is Janet. Her first pet was a cat called China, and she grew up on Western Ave. In Chaigo. She has been following the forum for over 6 months, and asked me to set up an account for her a while ago so she could see everything. It was about the same time the striper name thread ran so she decided on ChinaWestern.

The only time that account was connected with my ip is when it was setup. Every other sign in was from her home, or other than here, (my ip). Just bc I have multiple MFC accounts, and bc it appears China and I are friends, (we are), seems to me a little shaky grounds for banning someone. And in this case was the wrong thing to do.

I deleted the other account because it was posting from the same location as you. Have your friend set up their own account at their own home, and all will be well.

I've got to add, also, that having ricky ray posting at your location did nothing but make it seem like you have 3 accounts all created and posting from your location.

Please take that into consideration and see it from my point. Looks fishy from an administrator's view.

Camstory, I know account snafus can be frustrating, especially when you know the entire story and the admin can only guess at what's going on.

But also keep in mind...

People before that have trolled ACF and caused a lot of grief usually have multiple/duplicate accounts
People that spam ACF and act like huge jerks often have multiple accounts
People that are trying to con models will often have multiple accounts
People that are just in it for the lulz and like to mess around with us or play both sides of the fence will often have multiple accounts.

From an admin's point of view, there is no reason why anyone should have multiple accounts - and it also looks pretty odd when there are 3 separate accounts being accessed from one computer. My room mates and close friends don't have accounts on ACF, I think it would be odd if 3 people living in one household were all intimately connected with camming, especially if none of them are models.

If it showed that 4 separate accounts are being logged in from your home computer, and the admin thinks that all 4 people sound a lot alike or is otherwise suspicious, that's a pretty darn good reason to go deletin'.

I am not sure why your friend was unable to make her own account if she has an e-mail address and a computer, but maybe next time you could just let her sign up on her own.

In any case, this certainly wasn't a personal vendetta. It was the right thing to do from Amber's point of view and if you were in a similar situation you likely would have done the same thing.

Yes it seems the ban was only a temporary ban. I do not believe there was any activity from China other than the original setup of the account that was from this location. I will tell Janet to set up another account if she wants, which I think may be unlikely at this point.

And yes I alsoset up RickyRay for a dude who used to live in the shed out back, bc he was complaining about not being able to get my attention via email. He's an idiot and I don't think he has ever posted here.

Yes, at the end of the day if they aren't going to set up their own account etc, they're probably not interested enough to actually use the forum either.

I can't wrap my head around it either.
If you have access to a computer, why would you ask someone else to set up an account for you on a separate computer when you could just do it yourself? It's not like it's a particularly difficult process.

The logic escapes me as well. If pressing the register button and typing your own name is excessively complicated, then the internet might not be for you.

You set up an account for some dude that lived in the shed out back... because he couldn't get your attention through email?
How does you setting up an account for shedman change anything to do with him getting your attention through email?

How does that make any kind of sense?

It does seem a little odd, Camstory is a decent poster on here but to have 4 accounts set up on the same IP even he must realise is fishier than Fishy McFish the Fishmonger :lol:

There was the one time I thought the forum had been hacked cause I couldn't find anything anywhere about the webaddress changing, so I created an account to pm Amber with, to avoid the "hackers" getting my log-in info. Sure, might not be a big deal to you guys, but this was shortly after the one guy got banned for hacking his way into the Model's Only section... and I'm a model.

Then I felt stupid, because I could've just sent her an MFC mail.

I have somewhat debated making an account if I ever get the money to join in the VIP section, but that's mostly so I can have the cool blue writing. Also partly so that I don't have access to two different secret sections on the same account, will help me think it's a different forum altogether.

Other than that, if there's a male account from my same IP address, it will be my partner, but he doesn't do forums so that's highly unlikely. If he does sign up, it will likely be solely to see the pictures without having to peer over my shoulder every time I want to show him one (from the main section only, don't worry ladies )

If you have access to a computer, why would you ask someone else to set up an account for you on a separate computer when you could just do it yourself? It's not like it's a particularly difficult process.

if your friends can't set up their own accounts, do they really need to be on the site at all?
