Can't send tips...

Hello, and Happy New Year everybody !
I have Tokens but when I want to send tips an error message tells me unable to send a tip, contact the assistance. what i've done but they just reply that my message have been recieved and i should active two-step verification on my profile. what i've donne too but it still impossible to send tips...
