Hi, I need some help here. I emailed support 3 days ago but still no response. I just made a new account and tried to buy tokens, but it keeps saying "Payment Declined". I tried different cards, banks, VPN and even another CB account.
I'd really like some support with this, thanks.

Hi. Does Chaturbate have a token purchase limit for new members or something? I know that for MyFreeCams, brand new members aren't able to buy the larger token packages right away. They only have the 200-token package for $19.99 in the beginning. Unless it's changed over the years. Whatever you do...just please don't send Chaturbate anymore e-mails (They don't like that), and just wait for them and Punker Barbie to respond. And DON'T make anymore CB accounts (You already have two). People on here seem to think creating another CB account will resolve their issue, but it never does. They just wind up with the same issue on both accounts, or getting both accounts banned. Good luck.

It's not permitted to create new accounts to circumvent a previously banned account. Remember that YOU, the person are banned... not the account. Assuming the following is also you...

If you have multiple accounts, and you aren't banned and (most importantly) using different email addresses then try the following:

At the payment stage where it asks for the email address, use the email address of the original account. I found a while back that it used to make an association between the bank card and the email and if they didn't match then it rejected the payment. May not be the case now, or even what is happening here, but worth a try.
