Three weeks ago I was banned. I had a message saying they believe I had brokens terms and conditions. I assumed the word "believe" means i will have chance to explain. Message said to contact support. I have been model for 8 years, no major issues, and I take pride in being honest, not arguing, and following rules. What ever happened that caused the ban was not a deliberate act. I sent message to support immediately, and had no response or support ticket ID. I waited a week, asked for update and nothing appeared. Its now 3 weeks and I heard nothing. Being banned leaves a hollow feeling,. CB should provide a certain duty of care, mental health is high on their concerns, but being banned without a reason or chance to explain is damaging to mental health. Have I been reported by a malicious user, did i say something that was taken out of context. And no chance to explain. the not knowing is stressful.
