I did that already even though it's pointless they don't read them nor do they get back to you. I've been using cb for 13 years but thanks. I'm actually looking for real help with this

I've also been on CB for thirteen years and I can assure you the help you seek is not on this forum (been here for a few years, too).
You received an automatic reply to your email/support ticket submission. Read it. If it has a bunch of links in it, scroll to the bottom and click no. If you still have the ability to see your token balance by clicking on the token icon next to your user name, click on that and it may tell you the warning you received and to click you agree/understand to restore your account.
Support does respond, whether you like to believe it or not.
