Cb support does not enswer my emails !

Hello guys i have made a daily payout from cb on 12th this month
I did not receive notification that the money was sent to my account or the money in my account! I emailed them to support informing them about my situation! They replied that the money had been sent and that I should contact the bank! That's exactly what I did! The bank told me I hadn't received anything from chaturbate so I had to email them again! the support answers me that they gave a message to the accounting and after they will receive an answer from the accounting they will give me an email, 6 days have passed and I have not received any answer from cb support! I gave them 4 emails! I risked making another daily payout and the money came in without any problems. But the money I was talking about to this day has not been answered! Has anyone else been in this situation ?:
