Hello,
I was sent a confirmation email that my tokens were cashed out on the 2nd of April. In the email it stated “please contact us if you are unable to locate these funds by 11th April”, 11th of April rolls around and the payment is nowhere to be seen.
I sent a follow up email which was replied to promptly, stating to wait until the 16th April, and if it still wasn’t able to be located to reach out again.
Lo and behold 16th rolls around, nowhere to be seen.
I have put a ticket request in and sent follow up emails to which I have never had a response to.
Have also contacted my bank which states there is nothing on hold/ pending international transactions.
Am seeking help as it is over 3000$ I’m waiting on
