My account on CB was blocked without any reason (at least I'm absolutely not aware of breaking any ToS or anything). I've written support multiple times but did not get a single letter from them for 3 weeks now. I've been member for 8 or 9 years without any issue, spend lots of money and had a great time. But after that - ban without any warning, explanation, nothing. Support not responding so I think I'm done.

I've found out that I do even have one another, really old account. Tried it, charged tkns - CB charged my card. But I can not spend them. It's there but it says "Unable to send tip. Please contact support.". Again - filed a ticket and ... what do you think - NOTHING. Not a single reply. Great. So CB just took my money, I can not use them, get them back, talk to support. Nothing.

The whole CB support thing is so frustrating and - TBH - really sad.

if @punker barbie would like to have his eye on this - my usernames was paul121090. The second one that holds my cash is slave365. But I'm not insisting (although I would be happy to know what happened and why support is completely ignoring requests and CB is holding users money)
