Chaturbate – Age Verification Ban (3+ Years Ago, No Response Since)

I’m posting here to ask for guidance from experienced models or moderators regarding a Chaturbate account ban.

Details:
– Account was permanently banned around 3 years ago
– Reason given: age verification issue
– I was over 18 at the time, but my verification was rejected
– I have since obtained a valid passport and updated documents
– I contacted Chaturbate support multiple times over the years
– Most replies were automated, and there has been no response recently

I understand Chaturbate is strict, but I’ve seen some models mention that age-verification bans were sometimes reviewed years later if proper documents were provided.

My question is:

Is there any legitimate process left to request a review, or should I consider the case permanently closed and move on?

I am not trying to bypass rules or create a new account. I only want to know if there is any official option remaining.

It would probably depend on what is meant by "verification was rejected" being fake documents, or unverifiable identity, something else? You claim to have "since obtained a valid passport and updated documents" so were the previous documents not valid?
