Chaturbate account banned

My chaturbate account got banned yesterday with the reason being underage, I am 25 years old. I wasn't age verified but I'm not a model. Anyways, I contacted support as soon as i realized it, still waiting for a response

I'm curious if anyone had a similar problem before and how long does it take for cb support to respond?

If you're not age verified (never submitted your ID) it's most likely something you said in chat.
if that's so , and CB will investigate it , don't expect getting verified will solve your problem.

also if you make a new account and buy tokens they have your payment info on file and your new account will be banned too.

Well, anytime I talked about age I told my own age. Also never said anything that goes against other rules such as outside payment or whatever. I believe it is because I sent my pic to a couple girls in pm and I look younger than my age. So I'm hoping getting verified would solve my problem
