chaturbate account banned

hi everyone, i hope @punker barbie will message me directly or will response to my thread/post here. i did. ot stream or broadcast from chaturbate for 1 week and i did nnot violate any of the rules/policy or terms until yesterday i was trying to help my partner to create chaturbate account and im the one that literally doing the steps uploading the ID unfortunately instead my bf capture for face ID , sadly since im the one holding the phone, it was ,my face that accidentally captured as it capture too quickly. i was about to give the phone to my bf to do face selfie verification. i feel very sad that my account was banned after sumbitting the accidental face ID verification. p[lease help me @punker barbie or anyone who can help me fix it please..

I received email and i receive a response from chaturbate but they did response to the old concern i raised. Theres 2 account other the same email. My bf account and my account using the same email. Please help me @punker barbie

@punker barbie i can see that u referring to sensual_goergia account in chatubate. But theres 2 different account under 1 same email . The other one sensual_goergia have been lifted but the other one pau_kink95 is remain banned. Please let support response to that specific concern i raised.

It looks like you've had multiple accounts, but were permanently banned previously.

my user name is candice_belle_fleur and i got banned 3 years ago. i really need help get my account back @punker barbie . my only violation was discussion of minor, but i was unaware that time, i commit this time if given a chance that i will be more extra careful making sure i will not violate the terms of service.

Support confirmed they previously provided you with a detailed response. Unfortunately, support is unable to assist further
