So today i noticed someone hacked into my chaturbate account and purchased tokens over the last few days. I was on vacation for the holidays in mexico so wasnt really aware of any of this until i got back home this morning. I righy away emailed support team asking to please help me with the issue and what steps need to be taken to recover my money that they used to outchade the tokens. And the email i recive from them is that my account is banned and idk what else. Nothing whatsoever in helping me out or any support. How can they be soo cruel when im asking them for help on the unauthroize use of my account. :/ please help .

Maybe they banned your account for safety reasons to not let this person purchase more tokens? Maybe they noticed it wasnt you. Pls let us know if you got help. Im very worried reading posts like that, because this are situations which any of us can have and good to know how our support reacts in similar cases.
