Chaturbate banned randomly

So I was offline and I installed an app to block words and phrases and I was adding words I didn’t want to see in my room (bad ones) then all the sudden I got kicked to a screen that said I was banned but didn’t give a reason. I still haven’t received an email saying why either. I have checked all folders including spam.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have reached out to support but from what I’ve read could take weeks for a resolution?

Submitted a support ticket right away and received automated email no ticket ID.

I also found the first time banned post which gave me all the info I was looking for lol. It’s just a waiting game.
