Hello @punker barbie ! I found this forum for the first time and found out that I can ask you for help..... On April 28th, my account was banned (Elara__Dream) and on the same day I sent an email to the support service, which has not responded to me so far. I'd like to know why, and should I write them a letter again, or should I wait for a response? I don't understand the reason for the block and because of this I can't stream... and I also can't contact support because they don't respond to me. I hope for your help.
