Good day @punker barbie i was banned for i guess almost 3 years now on chaturbate with the reason of creating multiple accounts. i wasnt working for months when they banned me and i think thats not justifiable. when i chatted the support to help me, they never reply, instead they just said that i already know my fault, well i do but at least give me another chance since the reason is not that much. i hope you can help me @punker barbie

Hi, I'm a little confused here. So support never replied you or they did and told you that they already told you the reason of your ban? It can't be both at once.
If they already notified you of a permanent ban, it won't be likely that they'll lift it now. The only way to lift a ban is going through support but, again, if they already told you that is permanent, I wouldn't bother to write them again unless I had some important new information to prove I didn't commit a violation--apologies, threats, begging, etc. won't do anything. It may be time to let it go. Just my thoughts so take them as such.

CB Support is not some 3rd-party agency, they are an important team within CB charged with enforcing rules that protect the company from being shut down, among other things. punker barbie will not and probably can not overrule them on a case that was decided three years ago. And nobody here can change that either.
When my father-in-law bailed out over Germany in WW2 and hid out in a barn with a broken ankle, the Germans surrounded the barn and called out to him by name: "Captain *** for you the war is over!".
Sorry to say it but "for you CB is over".
