Chaturebate banned me yet again and wont give me an answer!

I have been on Chaturbate for almost a year and they have ban my account almost 10 times for no reason what so ever and after days of emailing each time they just unban my account and never ever give me a reason as to why it has been banned. As always I have been emailing support and shirley and got nothing back for 2 days now but a generic copy and paste email this time saying:

"Dear *******,

As you may have noticed, your account with the Chaturbate live cam community has been terminated. This termination is due to suspected violation of our terms of service. Any tokens currently held in your account will be disbursed to you on our next payment date.
Thank you,
Customer Support"

So when I first got that response I emailed this:

yea but why and what part of the "violation of our terms of service"? We have been happy working on Chaturbate for almost a year sharing money with you and now are banned and not sure why? We are sorry for whatever has happened and would love to fix it please and continue to make money so please unban us? Anything wrong we have done we will be sure to never do again :]


So after waiting a whole another day and losing the weekend monies they reply back with the same copy and paste and not say why or how to fix this.


Someone please help. and yes I have also pmed Shirey through this site, twitter and others and got nothing back.

There "suspected violation" is false and has me in tears crying as I depend on this money to feed my family and my child.

Have Chaturbate thought about hiring more people to work in their customer/model support department? At this point, their bad customer service (I'm sure Shirley does her best but there's only so much one person can do) is surely costing them money. I know a model (well "know") who was banned from Chaturbate before she even had a chance to cam and has since gone back to MFC. Whatever she now earns for MFC (and she does pretty well for herself) is money that she would have been earning for Chaturbate had she not been banned for... well, I don't think she knows why she was banned because customer support never got back to her.

Not only that, but their reputation for bad customer/model service must be hurting them. It just seems a very strange way of doing business - ban models first, ask questions later -> ignore models emails asking why they were banned -> send models stock answer that doesn't really answer their question -> after enough emails/tweets/message board posts are made (the latter two being pretty damaging to their brand), finally tell model why they were banned/unban model and apologise for wrongly banning them in the first place. Apart from anything else, they're just creating needless work for themselves :twocents-02cents:

Because of this reputation they have earned I will never create a chaturbate account. They are the only other site who I feel like I could fit in, but I refuse to earn money for a company that's so disrespectful to their earners.
Chaturbate is a breeding ground for trolls. Advertise on /b/ and then make the system auto ban a model with enough reports in a period of time AND THEN not have the staff or will power to back that up with support for the model. If you're going to ban on speculation you better be ready to handle the after math. It shows a complete and total disrespect for the fact that camming is the only source of income for many, and most people can't afford to wait a month for Chaturbate to reply over likely a false ban.

If Chaturbate got their shit together they may actually have a chance at taking the lead over MFC or at least competing. They are the first site to try and actually become successful... and they are just flushing it down the toilet.

Shirley, if you read this... you are teetering on the edge of failure. Maybe it's time you ask for help? A large percentage of your models have been in the industry for many years. It may be time to hire a consultant with more cam land experience and spruce up before you ship out.

What answer do you need? Stop working with a company that treats models like trash. If you're giving them half of your income, and they ban you repeatedly, cut them off. Why do people continue there? It makes zero sense.

It looks like it's no more after the last [site name banned*3] take down but it was there before they changed.

I kinda feel bad continuing to work for them after seeing how they treat so many people - but it's the only camsite where I've managed to make decent money, dammit! I unfortunately don't have the time or energy to dedicate to being consistent enough to do well on MFC, so I'm kinda stuck right now. I've never been banned, but damn. I can see going back after one ban, but if a second one came my way, I'd be SO done.

It almost feels like they "have it out for" certain models, which is SO shitty. They really need to get their shit together and sort out a better system for deciding/handling bans, because the stories we keep hearing here are just ridiculous. Things like this shouldn't happen.

ive never worked on chaturbate but I DO NOT think you should feel bad, you gotta do what you gotta do !! we all have to survive somehow and if you can do it on chaturbate, keep on keepin' on

I love working on Chaturbate and MFC never replies to my emails or applications and trust me I have tried different ip's different email addresses, and all sort they are just like talking to a brick wall. Worse than Chaturbate cause atleast Chaturbate sooner or later replies.


I just got my 4th stupid copy and paste same email back and have emailed back yet again asking why I was banned and how to fix this issue and still waiting to hear back now.

I cammed there long enough to see that I could have potentially earned a livable wage on there, but decided they wouldn't be getting any more of my service when all these support issues and banning started happening. Fuck that. I didn't even cash out the rest of the money I had there. Was NOT worth it. Why would I want to work with someone who doesn't value my time or respect me? :naughty:

Yeah, I made an account there today, but they already banned me. Not a great way to welcome new models onto their site. They didn't accept my ID even though it was perfectly clear. I think maybe it's because it's in French, but I'm sure CB gets a lot of international traffic anyway.
