Compressing videos for MGF

Hi everyone I have searched for this but for the life of me cannot find it lol I am trying to find a free video compression site so i can download some of my bigger videos to MGF. I dont like giving out mediafire links but have had to a few times. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I used Handbrake, or Freemake! They both work well. Freemake does add three second screen at the end that says Freemake but it's worth it, for me.
