Computer Chairs

You guys, I really need a better computer chair. The one I have currently gives me no back support at all really and is super uncomfortable. I spend a lot of time in front of the computer and I already deal with back problems so this is kind of a necessity.

What type or where did you all buy your computer chairs? All suggestions are good suggestions!

Any adjustable chair will do, just make sure that it doesn't have arm rests. The theory is that your feet should be flat on the ground and your thighs flat on the chair when it is adjusted correctly.

The table height is as important as chair height, but very few people still have adjustable computer tables any more, so the other solution is to match the chair to the table and stick a phone book or foot rest under your feet.

Arm rests tend to make you lazy and lead to poor posture. I ended up with bursitis from falling asleep leaning on my elbows.

Feeling your baggy elbows jiggle when you walk is not a good sensation

Given you spend hours in your chair is worth making a serious expenditure. Mine was over $300 and has lasted me about 6 years with no end in sight.
