Contacting support end with a ban

Hello @punker barbie after searching a lot i found that forum to be useful.
Ok so i made an account i made like 5000tk for two days but when i created my account i think i did a typo when i was filling me email. I didnt get any CB confirmation email i thought it will take some time. When i couldn't log in anymore i contacted support they told me to prove that is me to send them a picture with me holding the ID i used upside down with written my username ...date...and a random word...i did all that and 2 hours ago when i just checled my page i saw it is banned.

support takes pretty long to respond. I guess they have a lot of tickets to take care of. Sometimes I wait 24 hours till they reply
