Today I had a private that was long and I started off making a LOT of money. The convo got extremely weird and pedo like (he made a total creep comment about “if I had a daughter” and then said some other creep shit. I almost didn’t even believe what I was even reading on the screen and was almost too in shock to even think to immediately ban this guy. Looking back now I should have immediately banned and reported but he was tipping me so much I just said “your going to be banned and I said out loud that’s disgusting and I’m not going to talk about sick things like that. I eventually did end up banning him a few mins later but I’m worried something will happen to my account now because I didn’t instantly kick him out and report. I have only been on CB for a few months now and am relatively new. I have never in my life dealt with receiving any comments like this before and I was in complete shock. I’m afraid to report him now to CB thinking that they may see that my show went on a couple more mins while I was trying to process what I read. Any advice? Also username of this sick freak is drumminguy96. Help! I am so paranoid I have been doing so well on chaturbate that it’s basically my life line at this point and my anxiety is SO bad.

I was waiting for some of the more experienced models to respond here, I was looking forward to what they might say. I'm not a pro at this, but I've been active for 11 years now and here's my impressions. First, don't worry about mistakes. I don't think Chaturbate is going to go through the archives (if they even have archives). I've certainly had people try to steer me into things that are against TOS, and maybe let them go on for too long and I've survived. I've learned that things don't get better when a viewer starts fishing for underage stuff. They usually tip toe around without actually crossing the line, mostly insinuating things without actually saying stuff; like the dreaded "stepsister" fantasy shit. I used to try to steer them back on track, but that never really worked, so now I just ban them immediately. I've never actually reported anyone for the same reasons that you didn't: because of worries that I let things go on for too long.
I wouldn't get anxious about it. It's kind of like driving: you make mistakes, look in the rear view mirror, don't see a cop and say "Whew, I got away with that one, I'll be more careful next time." I know looking at all these "Banned for no reason" posts makes for anxiety, but I've had years of people bring up questionable things, (watersports for example, isn't clearly stated as against TOS until you get to a model's contract). I just tell them they're a naughty guy and tell them that it's against TOS and get them back on comfortable topics. But anything to do with family incest or underage gets an instant ban.

If you weren't immediately or almost immediately banned after the conversation, you're probably okay. Immediately ban anyone who starts leaning into sexual things about relatives or underage or race or animals or whatever else isn't a consenting adult human being.

Correct me please if I'm wrong. After a comment like that, the only acceptable action/answer would be to stop engagement and report&ban. Stop engagement meaning removing them from your room. I'd say that forbidden body fluids should be treated the same way, or at least with a ban. What do you think?

Something very similar just happened to me, I got banned (trying to get it lifted now, but has been 8 days). I did quit conversing back and forth with them, but what I should have done is to Ban them myself from my room and then i should have reported it to CB. I have learned my lesson for sure.

@m3lissa: There are subtle differences in the wording of the code of conduct. Most kinky stuff has the following wording: "Community members may not broadcast, upload, or offer content .... "
The wording regarded age-related rules uses language like "[infraction] on the platform or in any community members content is strictly prohibited... and/or discussions ..."
So minimum age related infractions pertain to any instance on the platform, and should be reported. As I read them, other things (within reason) are the responsibility of the members not the broadcaster who adheres to the rules.
I'm a fetish specialist. My obligation in regard to ethical kink is to tell the viewer what's against TOS and nothing more. If they keep bringing it up after I ask them to stop I'll ban them, but I haven't run into that with very much. As a performer, you have to be really careful because in the model contract says: "I will not tell any user of the Site, nor lead them to believe, that I participate in or simulate any obscene acts, including .... (Fill in your favorite). There are lots of things that are against TOS that I think are ethical and fun for the people who enjoy them. Chaturbate rules state, for example: "objects may not be used as sex toys unless they are marketed and sold for that purpose". Ah, come on; no cucumbers? Well maybe, at least my viewers can talk about them if they want, and I can say stuff like "how do you get your mind so deliciously crazy?" , carefully not implying that I would do such a thing. I never ban people for anything that is ethically ok, and would certainly never report them, but I do ask them to stop discussing it.
To answer your question regarding bodily fluids. In the BDSM world, one common forbidden body fluid is frequently used for entertainment. My response would be to tell the viewer: "Oh you devilishly creative person, don't you know that's against the TOS? So be careful what you say.... " I don't want them to feel bad, I just want to tell them the rules, and for them to have fun on the site - and tips would be nice. Maybe that's risky for me, maybe not.
