My payout of $3,880.90 for the October 1–15, 2026 pay period has not arrived yet. On October 16, I received an email from Chaturbate Support confirming that my tokens had been converted to cash and that the payment would be sent according to my payment instructions. My registered payment method is Paxum, and my account is verified, but I still haven’t received the funds.
I’m worried because this is my only source of income, and I need the money to pay my rent and bills. I already contacted Chaturbate Support again to ask for an update but no response.
Has anyone experienced a similar delay with Chaturbate payouts to Paxum? How long did it take for your payment to arrive, and what steps did you take to resolve the issue?
