Disabled account- Will I be able to get my username back?

I accidentally disabled my account. However, I e-mailed support within 24hrs of disabling it and they would not help me reinstate it, the reason being that there was no identification uploaded?
I told them my username, password, location, real name and communicated through the e-mail I signed up with.

I tried again just now to get some help with this, and they said that since it was over 120 days ago, they can not reinstate my account.. Even though I originally messaged them within the 24hrs of mistakenly disabling it.

Will I ever be able to retrieve my username? It’s really important to me to have this username and disabling doesn’t usually mean permanent deletion when it comes to social media, etc. I made a mistake and wish I had payed attention.

I went ahead and made a new username since support said that they can not recycle usernames. Thank you so much for your willingness to help though I’m very grateful!
