I've met a few new MFC models lately who seem to be struggling to understand their UI, settings, and options. For example, some don't seem to know how to access MFC mail, set up automatic topic reduction etc etc. Is there support available from MFC for new (or even not so new) models - a help-desk of some sort - or do they just give you a link to their Wiki and leave you to get on with it?

Hmm, that's what I thought. I usually email them a link to this forum (and other useful resources) if they are struggling, but if they can't even find their MFC mail inbox it's a bit of struggle. Is there anywhere online which shows a picture of the UI that MFC models see, so I can understand where things are located? Then I may be able to help them a bit more directly.

Not sure how it looks now on the model's side as I haven't cammed there in years, but maybe someone else can help. ^.^;

I'm not sure how a model could possibly be unable to find her MFC mail... it's prominently displayed on both the model admin at profiles.myfreecams.com (which she can check anytime without officially logging in, this is also where she will access ALL of her admin info like payment info, profile edit, pictures, avatars) It is also displayed right at the bottom of the model web broadcaster with a little picture of an envelope next to it. There is also a link right on the old dinosaur software as well.
Every answer she could possibly want answered on functionality is explained in the wiki, she can also type" /help " in her chat to get a popup of her chat commands such as countdowns.

Yeah, it does seem odd that some models can't seem to work it out, and I can't think of a reason for them to fake that, so I can only assume that the (admittedly a bit naff, from what I've seen) interface is confusing for some. And unless the wiki is available in languages other than English, that could also be a barrier to comprehension. Ah well, thanks for letting me know where MFC mail is located, I'll see if I get anywhere when I next try to help.
