I genuinely did my first ever shower pee this morning, inspired by this thread. Thank you, guys. I couldn't have done it without you. Verdict? I guess it felt liberating. Maybe a little subversive. Overall I feel I've come away largely unchanged. I'd tentatively recommend the experience. 4/5.
I don't because there's a toilet 2 feet away, and if I need to use it, I do. I don't have a major problem with the idea. I just don't find it necessary. One's own urine isn't really that high on the gross-out scale though.

I always pee in the shower. I even hold it till I am finally in the shower. I pee all the time though.
