My account has been successfully verified, and I have completed the live verification process as well.
Now, I am trying to add a female partner to my account. She does not have any existing Stripchat account. However, when I attempt to add her details, the system repeatedly shows an error stating that the documents are “modified.”
I have tried multiple times, but the same issue appears every time. This is confusing because my account verification and live verification were completed successfully, and no documents have been altered or edited.
Kindly help me understand:
- Why this “document modified” error is appearing
- Whether any additional steps are required to add a new partner
- How I can resolve this issue as soon as possible
