I've asked myself the question, "When doing a cam drive by, what makes me stop and take a second look, and what makes me hit 'Next Model' as fast as I can?"

In order...

I stop because of:

1. Cuteness
2. A smile
3. The model is having a conversation with her room.

I speed up because of:
1. Music - loud and distracting, especially foreign music
2. A room that seems more of a peep show variety. (Grind for five seconds, look for tips, grind for five second, look for tips....)
3. The model looks bored.

Looks are the first impression. If I don't like the model's physical appearance, I skip almost immediately. Not to sound shallow, but I'm a very visual person and like nice looking (but not necessarily expensive) things, whether it's people, cars, technology, etc. On that same note, there are some models who look a certain way on their profile pictures, but when I get into their rooms they look different.

Personality is very important too. I come on MFC to chill out and chat so if a model is crying "tip me tip me tip me" without making much effort to use her brain, I skip. I look for a model who's making an effort to enjoy themselves and entertain their audience instead of those who look at MFC as a way of making a cheap buck off of desperate guys.

I could not agree more, although I'll also skip past if the model's sound is bad generally, regardless of the type of music. I'll even click on the menu pop-up and block the model in many cases, so that I won't be traumatized again on my next pass. :P

Do you guys ever mention it to the model if her music is loud or not sounding right? I know some girls may not respond favorably to that, but I personally would really appreciate it if someone let me know that my music was driving people away.

I will if the model is not blaring Romanian or Latin music, otherwise I don't feel comfortable mentioning it and usually just leave.

P.S. There is a member's pet peeves thread in the "General" model's section and that problem comes up quite often.

Call me jaded, but from what I've seen, what makes most people on MFC stop & look is one or more of the following three:

1. Nudity.
2. Freak show aspect (something very odd looking/happening).
3. Raging model.

I went to a model friends room and told her that her sound was really bad, because it was, and it was very unusual for her. She got really pissed off that some guys she knew had been hanging around forever and not mentioned it, while a lot of people stopped by and left quickly.

If the model's not cute, she can be as nude and freaky and raging as she wants and I'll keep moving.

Maybe the members of this forum are a bit outside the norm in the way that they obviously want to communicate with the models.
I am sure you are correct with your observation for the general mfc audience but i agree for myself with the posts already done here.

But i need a better word than cute - some of my favorites are nice and friendly and beautiful but not cute...

I wouldn't really lump 90% of this forum in with the rest of MFC people. Didn't mean it that way.

you didn't said it that way - i just wanted to clarify. :romance-kisscheek:

I always stop.

If there's something I don't like, first, I attempt to see if the model is open to reasonable suggestions. If she's NOT, then I apologize and continue on (the apologies limit the bans :P Actually, half the time the apology is with the suggestion. Like "I don't mean to sound rude, but your music is really loud. Could you turn it down a bit?"). If she is, then I point her here and maybe stay to chat, or continue, depending on whether I'm in the mood to talk or not.

I think it's so sweet that you worry about sounding shallow, darling. It's a camsite, I think it's only natural that guys will want to watch girls they find attractive. :P

Also, flattered that I met your standards to stay in the room. <3

^THIS! On the models end it's REALLY hard to tell exactly how the sound is. Definitely let us know if there are any issues!

As to what makes me stop in a girls room:

-Personality
-Pretty face (far more important to me than a hot body)
-Something fun going on, like a game or a model just being silly.
-Conversation and laughing. Probably the most important thing.

Drive by:

-Models that don't talk
-Models that look like plastic
-When girls seem ungrateful and bitchy
-Obviously, if they're ugly
-If I truly HATE their music

Awww... thanks. Your look is different without being too freaky. Plus I love pale skin. :character-beavisbutthead:

This I totally agree with. I'm open to just about any time of music except that urban/dance club kind of music which I cannot stand. There are exceptions to this though - ZoeMadison listens to that stuff and it makes my ears bleed, but she's so fucking hot that I force myself to put up with it.

I agree with the list frankie wrote, I'm a sucker for a raging model especially lol. Freak show and appealing nudity works too.

Yeah I like to communicate with models, but if I'm channel surfing on MFC I'm probly just bored and looking for something to amuse, disgust or interest me.
