"Old enough to be my daughter" is an extremely common phrase where I'm from and is used to describe an age gap by people that are weird about an age gap. Its often not used in a sexual manner even. I honestly wouldn't get weird vibes off this one unless they where suggesting a rp or something. They may not even have a daughter.

Users and models are allowed to make general comments about their family members in a non sexual way. The statement you posted from the user does not violate any rules of ours.

The banned words and phrases box is just to block certain words from the public chat. They will still show up in private messages.
