urgent bug please help

we seem to have an urgent bug, i already did see it in the cgp discord, mid stream when we are still on it shows to the users as offline (im just_nona) just started experiencing that as well

yes, thank you. was scary though to see all of us panicking with no official person to be seen anywhere (nothing against you, just saying that knowing it might take days before support replies in that kinda situation was intense)

BUT also have to mention a good thing. thanks for acting with the speed of light when another streamer showed my stream picture in picture without my consent.

Yes I totally understand the panic feeling when you can't get ahold of someone as quickly as you would like. I have colleagues who work around the clock, but for a platform as big and rapidly growing as ours it always seems like we need more people .
