Science and trade institute currently. Considering applying to Dreddit, or MERCH, as I frequent both sites. I've left this game and come back more than any other MMO, not sure what that means.

Seeing as I can't use anything T2 yet, I'm in no rush to get into low/null sec shenanigans yet. I'm about 80% done with the sisters of EVE mission line, and I just kitted a cormorant to help me finish that mission line.
I might need to get into cruisers for the last mission though, apparently the last boss guy has a wicked shield tank and a nosferatu running.

How many SP do you have? any noob can help in nullsec, you can be a disposable tackler! in any case if you're having fun in empire stay there but believe you me that is only 5% of the game and pretty much all of dreddit is noob so the jump out of empire will be easier than if you jump into a corp later.
I'm at about 500k SP give or take, and after getting decently skilled for caracal missle boating, I'm pumping my learning skills up from 3 to 4.
I'd probably be willing to try that "disposable tackler" setup, but everyone I've seen uses rifters for that job. Should I skill into rifters, or is there a caldari frigate that will do the job?

You can just use merlins or condors, neither are as good as rifters but with your SP so low I think you'd be better off working on key skills than another races frigates.
