I (thatdilfenergy on CB) was banned on CB in early January. I have tried reaching out to support, but I have not heard anything back. I reached out once, waited a week or so, then reached out again because despite them saying not to reach out again, I saw something that said sometimes they get busy around the holidays and have a big backlog, which can lead to them missing some of the tickets.
I am not really sure why I got banned. After reading some of the posts, the only thing that I can think of is that maybe at some point either myself or someone I was talking to mentioned real money and not tokens? I feel like I vaguely remember that coming up briefly in a conversation, but I also did not realize there were rules around that, and obviously, I have no issues avoiding that in the future.
@punker barbie is there any chance you could see if they have received my support tickets?
