It's kinda hard to understand the last part of this but I'll try to be helpful!
As far as viewer bots, we can't help what other models do, and really there's no way to prove what they are doing or not to have that amount. I recommend taking a break from watching them or even looking at the home page too long if it's getting you down.
How to get more viewers in a room is a question even top models ask themselves. It depends on what you want/are able to do. Maybe poke around on here, like in the ask a model threads? It's a lot of trial and error for me.
If I understand the last part right, you're talking about PMing for free? It's honestly whatever works for you. Some models feel that the time PMing customers is a part of the experience and deserves pay just as much as any other part, and that's the ballpark I fall into, but if you love a good chat then it's totally fine to PM for free, I just don't necessarily see it making a huge difference in income, but this is the part where some may disagree.

1. Just because someone is new and has a lot of viewers or followers doesn't mean that they are using bots. Some people just get a lot of attention right out the gate. And even if they are using bots, so what? Even if that is what's happening, they're not taking away tips or viewers from you. I know that's what some models like to believe, but it's simply not the case. Your viewership and tips would be the same. Also, it's not healthy to go into another model's room to try to suss out why they have more viewers or make more money than you. Focus on yourself and your own hustle.
2. How to get more tippers? No one can answer that for you. Camming and sex work isn't a one size fits all deal. What works well for another model may not work at all for you and vice versa. You have to experiment and change up your room and your show until you find what does work for you. If nothing seems to be working, you can always try a different site or start making content instead of live streaming (or in addition to camming). Part of finding success in adult work and remaining in the industry for years is being able to adapt.
There's been a huge influx of new models joining the industry in the past few years, making cam sites and clip sites more saturated than ever before. There's been a ton of new rules and crackdowns on a lot of sites due to payment processors getting stricter by the damn day. If you're unable to adapt to all this, you won't make it in this industry. And sometimes even if you do your best to adapt, you still won't make it. I know that sounds harsh, but it's the truth a lot of people need to hear. It has nothing to do with you as a person or your skills or looks or any other thing. Some people just do not make it.
And, judging off your username, it sounds like you're a man. Men tend to not do nearly as well as women when it comes to sex work, with a few exceptions. Why is that? Because there's a lot of men who simply get off on being exhibitionists so they cam or make poor quality content because it gets them off, not because it's a job to them or they're trying to make money. So, you're competing with these exhibitionists and there' a lot of members who watch male cam models who don't think they should tip, or don't tip much, because there's so many male exhibitionists willing to do everything for nothing.
How do you overcome that? Obviously my advice isn't from learned experience since I'm a woman, but I would say the best thing you can do is to present yourself as a professional. This goes hand and hand with my third point. Which is....

If I have a spare moment, I come and scan the public part of this forum.
