Friends account suspended

Just found out a casual friend on strip chat said her account has been suspended because one of her fans used “stolen” tokens that she knew about. This is bogus because this young girl doesn’t even have close to knowing how to do this sort of stuff….she is very naive…an example….I commented to her once that she was a “ 10 “ ….meaning the best of models…..well she thought being called a “10” was very bad, because she banned me for 30 days!!! Anyway she is a young Russian gal that is distraught over this suspension…and reached out to Instagram followers to help her out. Your Forum here has helped me get the help for other models in need…so I told her I would contact you because I am a Forum member.. Couls you give me a contact email that I can pass on to this young lady…to get her account and her job back? It would really be appreciated….as her Instagram post was so sad and it touched my heart. Btw..her model name is appropriately “yourshydreams”…pretty cue right..thanks for your time.!

First I’d like to say thank you for trying to help one of our models with something they are having trouble with.

Regarding your comment on this situation, please be advised we do not suspend models lightly without firstly conducting a thorough investigation. Should our Investigation Department find actual evidence that a model has actively/knowingly breached our rules, the relevant consequences and actions are taken - models only get suspended when they go against our policies and breach our rules.

Please note, the rules we have in place are for your protection therefore, we do not tolerate any kind of fraudulent activities which put our other users and models at risk.

In saying this, I would be more than happy to provide this model (yourshydreams) with some assistance regarding her account so please kindly pass on my email for her to contact me directly.
