Good food?

I had that happen once. A new restaurant had opened near where I lived, and I stopped in a week later. The food was AWESOME, and the service was almost telepathic. No sooner did I think about a refill or something than the server was there offering just what I was considering.

Went back a month later. The 'store opening' expert crew had moved on to other new franchise sites to start them up, and the regular crew was... meh.

Reminds me of "Outback Steakhouse." When they opened they were incredible but after a couple years, they turned to crap.
