Gree badge on preview "NEW". Can i claim it again?

I was working on the studio with studio account 1 month ago. Got the badge. After i quit i start streaming at home with my personal account. And there was no green badge. Can i get it once again? How it works? Is it really can be claimed once lifetime?

Some details; ive deleted my id from studio account in the setting of my personal account after i start streaming on personal account. Studio account has 2.5k followers.

P.s. wanna obtain it once again because studios manager totally ruined my adv. period while i was streaming there.
