I have a long time reg who send me a care pack every year, usually around my bday. It generally includes, chocolate and candy... maybe a bottle of liquor. Last year I also go coffee and a coffee mug.

When I was a stripper I used to get cookies and edible arrangements all the time. I was thin then and would always just put them in the dressing room as community food. I got crab Rangoon, a pie, and homemade apple pie "moonshine" as some of the more Unusual food items.

I have! Food gifts are my favorite because I can share them and share the enjoyment. 
I usually keep a box of fancy chocolates on my wishlist because I LOVE surprises like that and always LOOOOOOOOOOVE chocolate. Any food gifts ever are my favorite. I've received pizzas, edible arrangements, and gift cards for Starbucks. Anything edible or caffeinated is instantly my favorite gift ever. I just like to eat.

I put food and snacks and candy on my Amazon list sometimes. Not really chocolate. Usually stuff that is harder to find around here. I pimp that list shamelessly. So, I've definitely gotten treats. Hehehe. If you mean like in the mail without Amazon, I've only let one member mail me something. It was art way cooler/unique than chocolate.
I have both sent and received chocolate to and from models. Usually models outside of England. I've sent them Cadburys chocolates and been sent things like Peanut Butter M&Ms or Twinkies (things we can't buy in England).
