Has anyone else here faced the same silence from Stripchat support, and how did you handle it while waiting for regulators to step in?

Hello everyone,

I’ve been contacting Stripchat support repeatedly, but they are not responding or fixing the issues with my account. Instead of giving clear reasons for their decisions, they’ve left me waiting without explanation.

At this point, I’ve already filed a formal complaint with CNPD Luxembourg, so I believe the case will move forward under their authority. While I wait for CNPD to take over, I plan to continue sending emails to Stripchat support to show regulators that Stripchat avoids being open about the reasons behind their actions.

I also have evidence that Stripchat made a decision about my account and documents that was not correct, which strengthens my case.

My question is: Has anyone else here faced the same silence from Stripchat support, and how did you handle it while waiting for regulators to step in?

Yes, they did give me a reason — they claimed my documents were “inauthentic.” But that reason was incorrect. I have multiple confirmations from their own staff and screenshots proving my documents were valid, and moderation itself approved them before the block.

Because of this contradiction, I’ve already escalated the matter to CNPD Luxembourg. While I wait for regulators to take over, I continue sending Stripchat a reminder email every single day to document their refusal to comply.

I want to make it absolutely clear: even if this process takes years, I will not let it go. The only way I’ll stop is if Stripchat shows me the evidence they relied on to block my account, or they fix my account and comply with GDPR.

If they are claiming your documents are inauthentic, I can understand why you're so angry about it, I would be too, with them not replying to give clear explanations.
