Have Not Received Final Payout

I’m now left uncertain as to when I’ll receive my payouts that were frozen during this period and my final payout amount. In their email they said they would send them to me but that was more than 15 days ago. Do you know how long it takes to issue? I’ve tried reaching out through the email thread they responded to before but have heard nothing. Thanks!
