ask them to remove the one star rating, i would hope they would do that, that's insane if they wouldn't. if you can get your account closed for him using that word, and not reporting, then the 1 star should be removed. SM would remove it. he sounds like a dumb ass that should have known better.

And it helped and they blocked it. So I'm back with a problem here. I managed to get the client blocked using the discussion here. So I hope it helps you and they delete the comment.
