Hi my name is Heywood, sorry to bother you. my story is I'm someone who loves interacting with people, interacting people and finding the little joys in everyday life. I'm always up for a positive experience. I had submitted saying I understand I disobeyed the rules by taking a screenshot and this inappropriate behavior won't happen again. But I haven't got a reply. I also created a second account and purchased tokens and was still banned. May I ask for help getting the first account active and getting a refund for the second account?
