[ Help ] Could someone possibly help me verify my account?

Hello fellow users of Chaturbate,

My username is theaverag3joe.

I signed up to Chaturbate yesterday, so I am basically a newbie. Since I am kind of an exhibitionist though, I broadcasted myself for a while and realized that I cannot receive tokens until I verify my age. In addition to indulging in some exhibitionism, I was hoping to earn some bucks through the Chaturbate.

Unfortunaetely, they are not accepting the governemnt-issued ID card that I submitted for verification. It specifies my date of birth. Btw., I am from Pakistan. Moreover, I do not have a driver's license or a passport, or I would submit either of those too.

I would really appreciate it if someone here could help me verify my account, or guide on what I should do as this was kind of disheartening.

P.S. I have submitted the scanned image and a photo of me holding the ID card twice, but I received his message both times: "ID is not valid. Reason: Need a Passport "

Furthermore, I think my photo shows that I am not really underage, but I understand the the need for a legal document, and I feel that the government-issued ID card serves that purpose.

Keep bugging support about it because I have the same issue living in New Zealand, I use my national ID card but they ask for a passport/drivers licence first.
As long as your form of ID has your photo, full name, an expiry date, an issue date(?), and your D.O.B, keep hounding them to approve you.
