HELP URGENT CHATURBATE BANNED MY ACCOUNT

Hi everyone, I need urgent help.
My account “Jaiderangarita” was banned this morning, and I’m not aware of having committed any violation. I was on vacation and returned to work two days ago. Yesterday I worked as usual and didn’t have any issues, but today I woke up to find my account blocked.

I’ve already sent several emails to support asking for an explanation, but so far I haven’t received a response.

Does anyone know how I can contact support or what I can do in this situation? I need help, please. @punker barbie

Chaturbate informed me that they had already responded to my email, but I haven't received their reply because they're trying to send it to the email address associated with my account.

The problem is that my Jaiderangarita account did not have an email address associated with it.

After my account was blocked, I created a new email address specifically to contact Chaturbate support, and I sent my request from that new email address.

However, support told me they would reply to the email address associated with the account, which is not possible because my account did not have an email address associated with it.

For this reason, I need to ask you to provide me with the information and to contact me via this new email address from which I sent my request.

I am willing to provide my ID and any other documentation or information necessary to verify that I am the owner of the Jaiderangarita account.

Why not?! If this account holds any significant importance to you, why would you choose to not have an email account associated with it?

When you say that you "returned to work" , do you mean streaming or no?

If it is streaming then you most certainly do have an email account associated with your username since it must be provided when getting model verification. That would be where they can send the approved/not approved info

Exactly, I wondered the same thing, and I'm sending emails from the email address that was supposed to be verified, but when I went to create the ticket, the email address didn't show up there—there was no email address associated with the account—and now I'm having this problem. Look

You do know that YOU have to type in the email address. It is NOT entered in there automatically since anyone can type in any username in the request. That would mean anyone can steal anyone else s account if it was in there.

I am sure you typed the username in there yourself

You really need to make up your mind here.

Didn't have an email, then created a new email then you were sending emails from an email that was supposed to be verified on the account. The email does not get verified just because you created it to send a request to CB. It can not get verified if you are banned on that account

Sounds very fishy to me
