I understand that everyone is busy but the truth is that I am worried I do not get a clear answer from the support I do not understand what I did wrong @Charlie_SC @xChloe

I need to work please I already had my account verified I only transmitted a few days because of my allergies I had to stop and that's why I decided to start over with a new account

and that's why they removed the verification on both accounts, what's wrong with it?

He was just going to leave the account he started with that he couldn't continue and start on the new one, is that not allowed now?

All verifications automatically reject me meaningless, in the account that I have tokens and the one that doesn't Same? I don't understand.

I can see you have opened many tickets with our Support team and they have always responded to all your queries.
If there is something you do not understand, they are always helpful and will happily clarify.

At times, our Support department may experience a high number of tickets but they are doing their best to assist everyone as quickly as possible.
