Permanent banned model can approval from stripchat again

I'm from Vietnam. Stripchat just accepted new application from Vietnamese again after long time banned.
My friend who already got permanently banned from the site before but now she got approval and start broadcasting again.
She even didn't send any appeal for previous account block.
She sent me new account for take a look. And approved email from stripchat. It made me surprised, I tried to apply my document again but keep rejected. Anyone here can approve again after banned? I have pictures of my friend provide, she definitely go banned but now she approved she didn't use any trick.
But why stripchat give my friend a chance to back broadcast, but why I can't? I'm so upset and feel it's unfair. I don't know what is wrong with my document. Anyone here try it and successful? Please help me.
I try to email support but I didn't receive any reply email from them. ??

Unfortunately, one of the accounts where your documents were uploaded was permanently blocked for a serious rule violation, which means you will not be able to create any new model accounts.
