Hi. Looking for ur help. Its been weeks I cant gain viewers. I used streammaster, obs. My fps goes crazy, from 10 to 130,100 and back to 10.

Let support know of your situation, ask them if they know about similar problems and if that may be a thing going on their end. I would think tho, that it is something hardware or software related as going above the target FPS should not even be possible.
Try using the hardware encoder if you're using the software one or visceversa.


You may also try to lower the resolution and the Bitrate. Check if closing any non essential software and browser tabs have any impact on your problem. If you're running Win11 you may try a repair install of the system as a bit more drastic measure (google "repair install win11"). I f you try the latter, uninstall OBS and any plugin that interacts with it before doing it and reinstall after the repair install has been finished. Hope it helps.

Also check your CPU. I don't know if it has anything to do with this, but in the past I had high CPU and everything was laggy and it worked fine. I uninstalled OBS and reinstalled it. CPU dropped from 95 percent to 35 percent and the problem was solved.
CPU is at the bottom of the bar where both dropped frames and kbps and FPS are measured
