Your partner will need to be approved on your account if you wish to broadcast from your account (and you on his if you are broadcasting from his account).
In order to do so, go to your Documents page, click on + person, and follow the prompts. Wait for approval BEFORE broadcasting together.
Also, please note that you can only broadcast from your account or his at a time (not on both simultaneously).

Just a suggestion -- CB allows both parties to broadcast from their respective accounts as a couple as long as the camera angle is different.
