How should users report off-platform arrangements and external payment requests?

I would like some advice regarding the proper way to report situations involving off-platform communication and external payment arrangements.

I have documented interactions involving a model who operates under the same username on multiple cam platforms, including Chaturbate and Stripchat.

The evidence I collected includes:

- Off-platform contact through social media and messaging applications.
- Discussions involving external payment methods.
- Records related to a payment dispute.
- Follow-up conversations obtained months later.
- Screenshots and supporting documentation organized in a timeline.

My question is not about a specific moderation decision.

I would simply like to understand how Chaturbate evaluates reports when part of the evidence comes from external communications or from interactions that began on another platform.

Is external evidence normally considered?

If a user believes a model is using off-platform communication to arrange private transactions, what is the most appropriate way to report it?

Any guidance would be appreciated.
