How To Block SnapChat Comments

Hello Everyone,

We seem to be getting more and more people coming into the room and advertising their SnapChat. It will have a sentence about them and their QR Code at the end. We block them as quick as we can, but we would rather not have it appear in the first place.

Is anyone else having this problem and if so does anyone know an easy fix so they can't post?

Go into your settings while you're broadcasting and click on View/Edit Banned Terms. Add SnapChat and SNAPCHAT and snapchat and SNapCHat and any other variation you can think of, hit save.
