That'd be pretty cool. I don't see an option for it though. Using the "less than" arrow (<) and the number 3 beside it to make a heart just isn't quite the same as having an actual heart emoji.
Have you tried copying and pasting them from an emoji website like Emojipedia? I never tried to add emojis to a room topic, so I don't know if that will work but I hope it does!
