And I'm still hoping that the dude who did it didn't really have any staples in that stapler and was just exaggerating the pain.

Ah yes the memories. I remember picking up a piece of .4 mm piano wire once. I got it wrong and felt the piano wire bump against the underside of my nail. I looked down, saw the piano wire through my nail and thought "wow this is going to hurt in a second" and it did!

I used to put multiple staples into my arm during English class, so they would send me down to the "In School Suspension" room, as to not hear my English teacher go on and on about nothing for 45 minutes :lol:
