I’ve been banned for over a week :(

Hi there, I was wondering what is the best way to go about my account being still banned. I contacted support a few times and got no luck as to the reason why. As much as I’m trying to be patient i had a lot of fun being on CB and I had a bunch of tokens so I’m eager to get back on. If anybody has some advice please let me know!
